Helpdesk Specialist Minimum 2 years experience in an IT support role. Familiarity with troubleshooting basic end user support issues such as Outlook Email, printer, network log ins, and various software.
Systems Analyst 1 3 to 5 years experience with a variety of technologies. At least 1 of either Security+ or Network+ certifications.
Systems Analyst 2 5 years minimum experience, fluent with hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AD, End Point management, Amazon Cloud. Expert working knowledge TCP/IP. MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent certifications required.
Network Administrator 5 Years minimum experience administrating Microsoft Active directory based networks and servers.
Cyber Security Engineer Must provide demonstrated experience in the Cyber Security domain. Certifications are encouraged.
